Thank you for the wonderful support you have shown so far for our Spookathon Fundraiser. To date, our students have raised $1,200 toward our goal of $10,000. With one week left, we still have some work to do, but together, we can reach our goal. Every dollar counts, and every pledge helps us enhance the school experience for all 360+ students. If each family contributes around $50 in total, we will reach our goal. Last year, we raised $12,000, and we are hoping to come close, match or even exceed that total this year.
Our students are looking forward to celebrating their efforts by dancing at the Spookathon on October 31st. The grand prizes are phenomenal and include exciting items such as gift cards, an autographed Auston Matthews jersey, a shopping spree, a Marlies hockey suite and game, kitchen appliances, Labubus, and other special experiences. There are also school-level prizes for top participation and spirit. Truthfully, I can barely go a minute without hearing whispers about students plotting to pie me in the face 😉
Thank you for taking some time over the weekend to collect pledges and invite family and friends to support our students. If you have already returned your pledge envelope, you can still donate online or send in cheques on Monday. If you have not yet submitted your envelope, please do so by the end of next week.
