Our school will be delivering Progress Reports electronically on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 via the Parent Portal. Progress reports will be available after 4:00 p.m. on this day. Parents are encouraged to sign on to the Parent Portal in advance of this date, to ensure their username and password will allow access. Please note that the Multimedia area of the Parent Portal (where the Progress Reports are located) is not visible until report cards are available electronically after 4:00 p.m. on November 12, 2024.
To access this portal, please visit our school’s website olhc.ycdsb.ca, and click on the ‘Parents’ link in the top banner. From the Parents page, you will find a link to “Connect Parent Portal ConnectEd” on the right hand side. Additionally, our Parent-Teacher Interviews are taking place during the evening of Thursday November 14th and the morning of Friday November 15th. In order to accommodate all parents, the interview block is a maximum of ten minutes. To schedule an interview with your child’s teacher, please use your School Day account to book a convenient time. If you would like to book an interview with a Music, French, Phys.ed., ESL, ILIT or Special Education teacher, please contact the teacher directly. If you have any questions about scheduling an interview, please contact the main office.
