What is the Catholic School Council?
The Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic School Council (OLHC CSC) is made up of dedicated parents; mothers, fathers, working professionals; just like you! The Council also includes teachers, the school principal, and support staff, all working together to support student success.
Role of the Catholic School Council
Council members are expected to:
- Attend and participate in a minimum of 4-6 evening meetings per year (most held on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.)
- Collaborate with other members, school administration, and the Board

- Assist in setting school priorities and building school community
Parent Representatives are elected voting members serving a one-year term.
